Gold partners are deeply engaged and play an active role in shaping student experiences and program outcomes. This can include leading workshops, demos, or training sessions.
Build momentum through consistent engagement.
Silver partners show ongoing involvement and support students through multiple touch points. They host job shadowing experiences, participate in advisory committees, and more.

Workforce Development
Automotive Advisory Committee members Scot Lee of King Windward Auto Group and Travis Nishijo of New City Nissan dedicated countless hours over 18 months to launch two new partnership programs with the Hawaii Department of Education Honolulu School District. Funded by nearly a quarter of a million dollars from the Harold K.L. Castle Foundation, the AutoSTART and YATA programs aim to increase youth entering the automotive industry. [READ MORE]
Recruitment Partner
Allied Builders saw the potential in partnering with Honolulu Community College’s Career Services Office to find new talent for multiple departments in their business. Mark Asato, HonCC Carpentry Tech alumnus, already had a strong connection with the carpentry program, but realized that he could also source new talent from AEC Program for his employer, Allied Builders System.
