Just log your activity! Points are accumulated by company. Once joined, your company will receive a monthly report. If you are unsure about your company’s membership, just fill out this form and we will get back to you!

Rewards include social media exposure, company spotlights, and other benefits. Employers should focus on accumulating points in the 2026-27 school year. Rewards will be rolled out before the Fall 2027 semester.

A monthly statement is emailed to company contacts in our files. If your company is not receiving these statements, please have an authorized representative contact us.

Unfortunately, if a company does not complete two activities in a single school year, your IHR membership will become inactive after a 6-month grace period.

Of course! IHR is a voluntary program. Companies are automatically enrolled when they log two activities, but they can opt-out of the program at any time.

Just fill out this form, but make sure you do it before the deadline. Companies have until June 30 to log any activity from the just-completed school year. For example, if you helped with a mock interview on October 15, 2026, you have until June 30, 2027 to log in that activity.

After you log your activity, we will verify it with your HonCC contact listed.

Don’t worry! A human reviews all submissions for accuracy and may follow up with you or your HonCC contact for details. We will always make sure your company receives accurate credit for your hard work.

Please contact the IHR Coordinator or the Office of the Chancellor first to coordinate the use of your company’s rewards. We are a large campus with staff in many different roles, but the Office of the Chancellor maintains the IHR Program.

Rewards expire from year to year, so please make use of them when you can!
It’s easy to get started.
Each time you engage with Honolulu Community College, whether it is hosting a field trip, giving mock interviews, or hiring an intern, log your activity. Once you have logged at least two activities within a single school year, your company will automatically be enrolled.
